Your enquiry

Our enquiry form collects your name and phone number, and asks about your goals, callback preference and how you heard about us. Please do not include medical history, medication details or other sensitive information.

We use these details to respond to your request, discuss the free wellness evaluation and arrange a visit. The basis for using your contact details is taking steps at your request before you choose a service. Sending an enquiry does not confirm an appointment or subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and website choices

Google provides the enquiry form, and responses are stored in the club’s Google response sheet. The website is hosted using Sites. Providers may process information outside the UK under their own privacy arrangements. See Google’s privacy policy and OpenAI’s privacy policy.

The Google form connects to Google only when you choose to load it. Google may use cookies or similar technologies. You can unload the form or contact us by phone or email instead. The club video is hosted directly on this website; no advertising or remarketing pixels have been added.

The length of time enquiry information is needed depends on whether your request is still being handled, whether you choose ongoing support and any record-keeping obligations. Contact James to ask about your enquiry or request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, restrict or object to its use, or request a copy in a portable format. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
